I really cannot speak for you, but after years of relentless online work I have come to a point of running out of new ideas. This simple act I have found unlocks the true potential of my mind flooding my thoughts with creativity rather than trying to force my mind to think up new things. If there is truly nowhere you can go to get away and think then perhaps my second little trick will help. You will need to go buy a set of headphones and listen to Pandora.com which is free internet radio. Try to find the stations which allow you to think.

This will work great as long as you have inputted enough information about your chosen topic. The key to excellent production is have more input than output. You must read and read and read on your niche. After a while you will slowly become the person that pretty much knows everything on your niche more than everyone else. Guess what once this happens you become a true expert within your niche and people will actively seek you and your web presence out when trying to learn on your topic. To do this sign up for all the major blogs within your niche and begin reading everything they write. Doing this will also present you with new ideas of blogging and when you read a post it may inspire your own. Personally I really enjoy reading posts I strongly disagree with because I know I have a counter post which will show the opposite side of the story.
